Management - Define Enterprise Structures for Human Capital Management - Define
Initial Configuration.
Ensure that you are on the Implementation Project
Establishing Enterprise Structures à Go to Task Icon
Manage Enterprise Configuration page will be appeared, click the Create icon. Location: Create Enterprise Configuration dialog box
Enter name and Click on OK button
Enter Enterprise Name and Legal Details of an enterprise
Click on next button.
If already enterprise structure is finalised then we can go ahead with
enterprise configurator. Otherwise we can create Lega entities, business units,
Divisions all Manually.
Click on Create icon to create divisions.
Enter Division Details and Click on Next button.
Here Legal entity automatically generated based on Division Name that we
have given in our previous screen. If would not like to continue with this you
can add manually legal entities.
Click on Next button. Here Business Unit automatically generated based on
Legal Entity Name that we have given in our previous screen. If would not like
to continue with this you can add manually Business Units
Click on Next button.

3 reference sets got created automatically.
Click on next button
Assign the set to business unit. Click on Next button.
Assign reference set to the Location.
Click on Next button.
Review page will appear. Please click on Submit button.
Once you click on Submit, You could able to see your enterprise
Click on Load Enterprise Configuration. Only one enterprise can be
loaded. So ion test instance please don’t load anything. But in general once
you load then only business objects which we have given in the configurator
will get created in the system.
